- Site design: Usually, the PBN sites use a similar design, navigation, color scheme, so it is another way to identify them.
- Site Ownership: We keep an eye check on the WHOIS database to find the contact information for the owner of the sites and to figure out if it is identical. If a website has a hidden WHOIS data, it gets a clear red flag from RanSnack team. And if all of the site owners have the same contact details, it is obvious the blogs are from a PBN.
- Duplicate Content: The websites in a PBN sometimes have similar content. So, we check the content manually by copying random paragraphs from the websites and search them in Google to see if the content exists on other sites as well.
- Backlink Profile: Backlink profile is another factor to check the authenticity of the prospect websites. So, we check the backlink profile of the websites in Ahrefs or Majestic to see how much interlinking exists between them.
